Robin’s Piano Classes

Robin Hall, Pianoforall – Incredible New Way To Learn Piano & Keyboard.

I like Robin’s style of teaching, very clear and concise. I bought his program back in 2017. I study and practice. I was very comfortable learning it online at my own pace. But then, I got stuck at some point at the progressions and trying to get song sheets to go with the samples he has, I was lost and got frustrated with myself. I stopped at where I got stuck. I got busier and busier. Eventually, I was traveling for work again. While I travel, I listen to the course online and try to learn the lessons by listening. It didn’t help. Piano, it’s all about muscle memories. I can just listen to the audio and watch the video with no hands on practice. Needless to say, I stopped for a while.

Rolling forward to October 2022, I want to finish writing this section. So I went back to look for the lessons from where I bought it. To my surprise, when I left off from all the listening and watching the videos (with no hands on practice), they all got reset to video 1 Welcome. First I was like, what happened? I spent all those times learning and now, I don’t even know where I got left off. But then think again, I was watching the video only with no practice. What’s good is that? Even if the video trackers track me way ahead in the video list, is that really good for me? No. It is better to start fresh then. It’s a God Sent that it all got reset. Since I didn’t practice and got stuck, what’s good to not know where I left off?

So, I clicked on the first Welcome video, and downloaded the PDF for that section. I was surprised, Robin had updated the lessons! That’s why it all got reset, I think. The program too has been updated. So, for 7 years, learning it from Robin on and off, I’m glad I got a chance to learn from the new and updated videos.

So far, I noticed there are Q&A sections, more image files demonstrating the lesson, more point of interest photos (stock) and more and more new image files.

Lastly, I realized, many people were searching for online things to do, according to one of the YouTube videos, Robin’s Piano For All piano lessons from his website – pianoforall.com – got more famous!

To top it off, he is only charging $39 for full download of all the video, audio and PDF files.

He now has over 300,000 online students worldwide! Good for him.
